Day from Hell

This day began with a bad omen. Thunder awoken me in the mid-morning sleep-in as I was waiting to go to airpor to fetch Jordan and wisk myself to Europe. However, this was not to be.

It hasn't rained any measurable amount in DFW since late september. When does it decide to, of course, on the day of my travels. Jordans flight left 2 hours late from Charlotte because DFW was closed. And then, she circles for an hour above Texas. So, she arrived as the flight to London was pushing back. At this point in time, I had already rebooked for tomorrows flight.

So, I will be in Paris a day later, which up to this point has only cost me $200 bucks to change the airfare. I am staying up to 2 am, at which time the Eurostar ticket office opens in the UK to change my booking. Hopefully, I will be able to change this as my ticket allows one exchange before departure. As I write this, the plane I was supposed to be on is probably serving breakfast. Well, I've only lost a day.

BTW, American Express Travel Insurance is a POS. I thought that they would cover this, oh no. Only If I died, or was dismembered. Nice thought.

I will unwind sometime next year from today's hassle.

Gone to Paris

Hello Fans,

Today I am flying to London, on my way to Paris. I will try to post and send emails so be on the look out.

Racing towards madness

Filling in for someone at work has consumed far to much time this week. At least that ends today. However, I am replacing it with other busyness. I leave tomorrow for the East Coast, going to wedding in the NC. That will be loads of fun!

The countdown to Paris has begun!!!! 11days and counting!!!!!!!

keep it together till then

what i'm doing right now

ok, since I posted my happenings from this past weekend, I thought I should update everyone on what is going on right now. I feel that I have been on disconnect being away from the computer during the day.

So, since I got here this morning I have been doing nothing but updating the blog, reading celebrity gossip, and looking at shoes on Norstrom.com I know it sounds gay, but I have an addiction to feed. I haven't picked up the voicemail or returned any emails yet, I just can't bring myself to leave the Ben Sherman page.

Also, check out www.perezhilton.com more funny gossipy stuff.

Much delayed...

Hello my fans, ha. Who am I kidding.

I have been working out of the office for the first part of this week and will be doing the same next week.

Ah, now for the update.

Friday night, I went to see the Fort Worth Symphony with Felecia. I missed her birthday party the weekend before so I made up with box tickets to the symphony. The seats were great, I had not seen them as I missed the opener. The program was all french, the sorcers apprentice, one of my favorites. And a piano concerto played all on the left hand. very exciting.
please not, felecia is not a demon. but I thought it looked funny.

This weekend was Laura's fall break and thus, she came home. Saturday we went to Texas de Brazil, yummy.

Sunday, we went to Church and that afternoon we went to see the Dallas Cowboys!!
We got to sit in the Capp's suite so none of that madness with the rable.

The Cowboys won against the Philly Eagles. Wow, Mcnabb sucked bad. Not that I care about the cowboys that much, I just like for the team I watch to win.

See, a snow cone

This is our new Ice Maker.

Nice fluffy Ice

Perfect for the official dessert of Texas

The Snow Cone, some say it is "Sno-Cone", but that is a trademark methinks.

I am seriously bored like normal on fridays. No phone calls and most everyone else has left early. So, I take pictures of Ice Makers. Hmm beats porn!

Sooo Funny

must see. It's what women want, undoubtedly. And a bitchin' ukelele!!!

Victory over Graphic Card woes.

My unhealty hobby of playing "The Sims 2" has recently been disrupted due to my graphics card, a mobility Radeon by ATI, going haywire. Well, ATI has no sort of coherent driver fix downloads. So, after scouring the "sims" BBS, I found Omega drivers. A tweaked graphics driver fit for my laptop. Being free is the best part. And now I can be anti-social all I want with no system crashes. YAY!!!

Sorry for sharing this with everyone. BTW, this is the big weekend of fun and festivities celebrating the aniversary of my descention to earth. Look for fun pic posts and maybe I'll even get a Fabulous Stranger post in. I want to make that happen sometime.

Gay Waiter

ARghghhghghhg

Small town gay people annoy me. Take Hillsboro for instance. Today we ate lunch at "Friendly Angels Cafe." How gay is a name like that. The place looked like it was decorated by a color blind, 80 year old lady. The waiter couldn't have acted more afeminete. He even had the prerequisite limp wrist and an attitude like a teenage girl. He even had braces, made the jan brady correlation go easier.

I don't hate gay people. Just the small town ones.

Apocalypse Now.

In the words of Darth Vader, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

2 pics should explain.

See my despair? First Nick & Jessica breaking up, then Tom & Katie are making a baby. I can't handle it. Suicide is my only option. I can't bear to live in a world with TOMKAT's child. Talk about being screwed up.

Please pray for Jesus to come back and end this madness.

Skankiest Tropical Storm in History!!!

I'm sooo happy. Tropical Storm Tammy has formed off the coast of Florida, not far from....Daytona, Capital of skanky women.

Tropical Storm Tammy was seen in cut-off jean shorts and a bikini top. Her bleach blonde hair with black roots was nicely offset by her oh-so-dark tan. A Misty Light cigarette hung delicately off her lips as she told Florida that she was gonna "Kick your ass!"

It's soooo cold.

Greetings from the North Pole. Well, not really. But my office is freezing. The temp is around 65F. Not good, way too cold for me to be in. It's like my own little slice of Boone in my office.

In other news, The Grandparents are on their way home after a brief visit. Countdown till birthday is still on with 5 days and counting. Only 4 days till Laura comes home, YAY!!! I am addicted to a new online game, Soduku. So fun, but addictive.

Today, I have a craving for Jims Krispy Fried. Mmmmm Chicken.
