Wow..

Last night, a bunch of the FBC posse went to see Rob Bell @ Ridgelea. It was his "everything is spiritual" tour. For nearly 2 hours, Rob spoke about how connected everthing really is and how in a universe of extremes, we humans are at the center of it all. That we are a joining of the earth and the breath of God.

Last night was just phenomenal. I have never heard with such clarity and understanding the message of why we are here and the basis for our faith. Rob is such an expert on Hebrew language and life, he give new meaning to Genesis 1.

There was no altar call, offering, or condemnation of anyone. Last night was elemental faith teaching. It was the bedrock beginings of God's relationship with us. It is so evident that there is more to life than what we see, why can't everybody grasp that?

Tuesday, is here

Day two of Martina being gone is going well. I haven't screwed much up and people seem to be happy. It's weird being the boss and having an employee gone that you depend on so much for. At least she is coming back, I don't want to train anyone else to do her job.

Daniel's visit is going well too. We haven't done much in the way of exciting things however. Wednesday, we are going to six flags. That will be fun. Yesterday was my first day with the personal trainer. I didn't have time for breakfast so I ended up crashing and feeling nasty about 45 mins into the session. At least I didn't yak or pass out. I'm such a loser.

Well, I must get ready for Lion's Club. Whooo hoo.

Friday again

Wow, this life is getting far to repetitive. Alas, it is another friday and I get to look forward to another weekend of messing around. Going to get the hairs cut tomorrow and do some shopping. Albeit cheaply, I've decided to conserve some money instead of spending practically everything I earn. How noble of me.

This is the damage to the ride.

Oh, and this is amazing. A most awesome page

How unfortunate...

So, after a not-so exciting trip to Las Vegas, I get home and a nice day off to go see a movie. Then I rear end a guy on the way to the movie because some stupid guy didn't yeild and cut him off causing a chain reaction. Luckily, nobody was hurt, we were going pretty slow and the airbags didn't inflate. But, the car needs repairs and looks sad, the front left side is jacked up pretty bad.

My perfect driving record is gone, at least it is in my mind. The cops weren't called, YAY,
